Designed by Designgroup Stapleton Elliott, with Cox Architecture in association, Waikato Racing Hub reimagines the future of thoroughbred racing in New Zealand. The masterplan brings together racing, training, hospitality and equine facilities within a cohesive campus shaped by the unique character of the Waikato landscape. Anchored by existing kahikatea groves and connected to the Te Awa River Ride, a series of pavilions, public spaces and ceremonial arrival sequences create a destination that celebrates the heritage, culture and performance of racing.
