Waiheke House

The proposed design features a two-level, triangular-shaped form, incorporating four bedrooms, including a master suite, along with a bathroom and laundry on the lower ground floor. The first floor consists of an open kitchen, dining, and living area, complemented by an additional bathroom. External covered decks will wrap around both levels, with a courtyard deck area featuring a louvre roof, seamlessly connecting to the living spaces. The exterior is intentionally recessive, utilising materials such as Nuwall cladding, timber and aluminium battened screens, wire infill balustrades and Waiheke stone.

These materials will be finished in subtle, recessive tones, including dark grey, brown, and natural hues to ensure the dwelling blends harmoniously with its surroundings.
