Unitec

DGSE and ASC Architects, in association with Oculus, were engaged by Unitec to deliver a comprehensive Master Plan of the institution’s 58ha site in Mt Albert.

Our engagement involved consolidating Unitec facilities into an efficient precinct and providing a Master Plan for the remaining site to maximise sustainable redevelopment. This exercise included 3D physical and computer modelling, contextual/historical assessment, site circulation, and road hierarchy planning.

District Plan rules were challenged and a Unitary Plan submission on behalf of Unitec was made to Auckland Council.
