Mixed Use Development

The brief for this project required the design of a mixed-use development which would house retail, office, and apartment functions over four levels.

The building façade was developed to playfully display the mix of internal functions. Each function is given a unique formal expression. The overall composition creates an eclectic style of architecture and statement on a prominent corner whilst breaking down the overall scale of the building to fit harmoniously within its low-rise context.
