Greytown House
The design brief required an exemplar modern house design with high quality look, feel and material selection.
With family and visitor considerations in mind, the client required three guest bedrooms, all with walk-in ensuites, including one with an additional bath. In total, the home is equipped with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
It was important to create a strong indoor-outdoor connection, with varying levels of privacy. Contemporary pavilion forms housing different functions allow sections of the home to be closed off, yet all open onto landscaped areas.
The pavilion integrates with the landscape through full height and width glazing. The home's central hub branches off open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces. Outlook to the pool and entertainment areas is viewed through full height glazing.
An intimate media space provides a cosy place to unwind and relax.
