Arvida Landsdowne Clubhouse

The Arvida Retirement Village is an extension to the existing Lansdowne Village and overlooks an established wetlands reserve. The Clubhouse is a central amenity that enhances existing village operations and is strategically sited to overlook the Tararua Ranges to the west.

A south-facing pergola covers the main deck and is adjacent to a sheltered bowling green. Nestled into the natural environment of the wetlands, the design creates a retreat-like facility allowing residents to relax, enjoy, and indulge in the views and community socialisation.

The external colour palette complements new village housing to achieve a cohesive design response.
