Her expertise is predominantly in workplace design; with a focus on implementing future working principles and strategies. She believes that great design starts with listening. By tuning into the needs of clients and future occupants, she creates spaces that prioritise its users’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Vivien is passionate about designing environments that feel authentic to the people who use them. Working closely with client teams, Vivien uncovers what drives their business and what inspires their culture, translating that into spaces that reflect who they are.

With a strong background in leading projects from concept to completion, Vivien builds strong relationships with clients and consultants along the way. Her experience in design and project management ensures projects meet programme, budget, and maintain a clear design narrative throughout.
