Steve is a Senior Architectural Technician with vast experience, working in the construction industry since 2000 . His early career was spent overseas in Australia and the United Kingdom, where he worked on a range of high-end residential projects and Grade I and II listed heritage buildings, developing a strong appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and complex project requirements.

After returning to New Zealand, Steve spent more than a decade with an industrial design firm in Wellington, specialising in new-build commercial projects, large-scale fit-outs, and extensive leaky building remediation work. This breadth of experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of both design and construction processes across a variety of sectors.

Steve is known for his attention to detail and strong problem-solving approach, bringing a practical and considered mindset to every stage of a project.
