Nina joined Designgroup Stapleton Elliott in 2026 with over ten years of industry experience, of which half of that was as a Registered Architect. She has led and contributed to projects across a wide range of typologies, including community and educational facilities, apartment developments, high-end bespoke residential projects, and workplace interiors. This breadth of experience reflects her belief that strong design thinking can translate meaningfully across both scale and programme.

For Nina, architecture is fundamentally about people and the relationships formed throughout the design process. She values clear communication, collaboration,and creating a shared sense of purpose with clients, consultants, and project teams. Her approach is grounded in thoughtful and well-resolved design outcomes that balance creativity with practicality.

Nina particularly enjoys the process of seeing carefully considered details evolve into built form, whether through materiality, craftsmanship, or the quality of light within a space. She is passionate about architecture’s ability to positively shape how people live and work and brings both clarity and pragmatism to every project she undertakes.
