Francis is a Senior Architectural Graduate based in the DGSE Wellington Studio. He brings a well-rounded range of experience, having worked across projects of various scales and typologies prior to joining DGSE in 2025. His professional background includes significant involvement in large-scale multi-unit residential developments, as well as high-end bespoke housing projects. This experience has allowed him to develop a strong understanding of the design process from initial concept through to detailed documentation and delivery on site.

His design approach is grounded in thoughtful, people-focused design that balances aesthetic quality with practical solutions. He is currently working towards becoming a Registered Architect within the next few years.
